Arborwalk

Arborwalk, set on 400 acres in southern Lee's Summit, combines tradition and nature in a unique way. A variety of home styles, 15 acres of parkland, a community soccer field, and baseball diamond located on the new Holy Spirit Catholic Church expansion and office and retail form this urban style community. Lakeside at Chapman Farms

Enter this 30-acre lakeside community from the tree lined, professionally landscaped parkway featuring distinctive homes for the discriminating homebuyer. Walking trails,swimming pool, and a cabana house compliment the lifestyle of Lakeside at ChapmanFarms. The master plan creates a lakeside community with 91 home sites. Sites vary providing home buyers a choice of walk-out, daylight, cul-de-sac, and lakeside lots.

Lakeside at Chapman Farms resides in the Lee's Summit R-7 School District, which continues to receive recognition as one of the nation's outstanding school districts. With all this to offer, Lakeside at Chapman Farms is the community you can be proud to call home.

The entire Chapman Farms development is mixed-use combining over 12 different residential neighborhoods (each a separate market segment), as well as regional and neighborhood retail and office uses. Home prices range from $160,000 to $500,000.  Upon completion, the development includes 100+ acres of open space, a 35-acre lake and over 5 miles of walking trails. The Chapman Communities combined will total over 820 acres. Given the scale of the development, the land planners were able to coordinate neighborhood parks, open space, walking trails, connections between subdivisions, and linkages to the commercial and office developments.

New Longview

The concept of restoring Longview Farms historic buildings and creating New Longview was born in the Fall of 2001 when G. David Gale, President of Gale Communities, Inc, invited community members to work along side a renowned team of land planners and community designers in a six day master planning session. From this charrette came the initial plans for New Longview, a new urbanist community of approximately 1100 homes, offices, shops, restaurants, an elementary school, and parks and trails to be built in context with the farm’s original structures. New Longview combines classic KansasCity architecture with the magnificent beauty of the R.A. Long estate.

Transforming significant historical structures into useable community centers and landmarks are signatures of the community. Choices are abundant with over 1100 residences, 600,000 square feet of office and retail space, parkland and modern conveniences inspired by traditional neighborhood design.

New Longview is located on the western edge of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.

Winterset Valley

Winterset Valley is the newest neighborhood of the National Award winning Winterset Park Community. This 315-acre neighborhood will offer 300+ single family homes similar to those found in nearby Winterset Woods and Winterset Park. Winterset Valley will be known for its parks and greenspace. Three sizeable valleys will be left as parks, plus the northeast section of the community will open to over 100 acres of parkland shared with Winterset Summit and Winterset Woods. A connection to the extensive Winterset park trail system is planned along with a new community water amenity and playscape. Traffic will flow easily and safely through the community thanks to several roundabouts on its boulevards. A convenient shopping and commercial area has been designed along View High Drive on the community’s western edge.

Winterset Valley is located on the western edge of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
