Rob Ellerman 

Rob Ellerman is no stranger to real estate. He began his real estate career in 1995 after graduating from Central Missouri State University. 

In 1997, Mr. Jerry Reece himself quickly recruited Rob to Reece and Nichols Realtors, then J.D. Reece, where he has become one of Reece and Nichols top selling agents. His early success in real estate quickly earned him many awards, including Rookie of the Year, Rising Star, #1 Sales Units Closed in Office awards, as well as the Million Dollar Club to name a few. He continues to maintain his status year after year in the Million Dollar Sales club bringing in a whopping 30 million for 2007. 

With the rapid growth of his business, he saw the importance of forming The Rob Ellerman Team. His staff includes 7 Buyers Agents, and 2 support staff. The success of his team comes from a shared team philosophy. Rob and his family live in Lee’s Summit. As strong supporters of the community, Rob sponsors and volunteers as a coach for many local sporting teams and has recently started The Rob Ellerman Team Scholarship Fund for academic achievement.

Patty McDole 

Patty McDole joined Reece & Nichols in 2003. Previous to that time, she was a business owner wholesaling and marketing to retail stores and traveling a 4 state territory. The first year with Reece and Nichols, Patty received “Rookie of the Year” award as well as being recruited into the Million Dollar Circle. In 2004 she was promoted into the Honoree Circle of Excellence selling over 2 million dollars. The following year she had the opportunity to join her daughter, Jill, with The Rob Ellerman Team.  

Patty loves the “team” concept and feels the strength and success of The Rob Ellerman Team is due to the strong and positive influence of each member and their support of one another. She prides their continued rise in home sales on the investment in the best technology and marketing programs available to Real Estate. 

Patty’s goal as an agent is to try to educate and make a possible stressful situation as painless as possible. She feels her strengths are keeping her clients updated and informed at all times…communication whether by phone or email is a necessity in this technological time and market. She will also go the “extra mile and beyond” to help the client get what they want!  

Patty is married with 4 grown children; 3 of them are married. She LOVES her 3 little grandchildren and spends as much time with her family as possible.

Kathy Moorman 

Kathy Moorman was a teacher and business owner before beginning her career in real estate. She worked in a new homes subdivision prior to joining Rob’s team. As members of this team, their goal is to ensure that clients receive quality service and experience a smooth transition. “As a realtor, it’s a privilege to help people through the process of selling and buying a house and to share in the excitement of finding that one special home. Earning their trust and confidence is always my objective, and it’s a joy to have developed new friendships in the process.” 

Kathy lives in Lee’s Summit with her husband and daughter. She enjoys participating in neighborhood events and other local activities.

Teri Trautman 

Prior to real estate, Teri was an executive assistant for Bushnell Corporation and Phillips Petroleum. “Being a real estate agent gives me the opportunity to work hard and play hard. I’m a married mother of three wonderful boys and a darling little girl. When I’m not helping you with your home buying and selling needs, you can find me with my family enjoying some of our favorite activities: hunting, fishing, and camping.”

Jill Murphy 

I love my job and I love my team! I am happy to be part of The Rob Ellerman Team. It is a great place to be! We have a set up like no other. Our team knows how to work together to make sure our clients are serviced to the full extent! We have a lot to offer and would love to show you what we have to offer.

I have been working for Rob for the past 5 years. I am licensed in Kansas and Missouri and love working with people to find that perfect home! I enjoy working with people and walking them through the real estate process. I work in a new home subdivision half the week and the other half I work on resale homes. In my spare time (haha), I enjoy spending time with my husband and kids, going to the lake or shopping!

Buying a new home is a very important event and I work hard to make this an enjoyable process for all parties involved. I am dedicated to my job and I want you to be satisfied with the work that I will do for you with the help of my wonderful team.

Denise Sanker 

Real estate is my passion. I perceive a person's home to be one of the most important investments they will encounter.
